Overview
Anne Marie Seibel focuses on complex litigation involving multiple plaintiffs or proceedings in different forums. She works with clients to coordinate the moving parts of high-stakes disputes and address the practical challenges they present. Her trial experience includes Alabama state and federal courts, New Hampshire state court, AAA arbitrations and the Tribal Court of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.
For many years, Anne Marie has helped a major facilitator of online travel reservations respond to cases across the country. She served as lead trial counsel for the client in a two-week trial in 2017 that ended in a defense judgment; the New Hampshire Supreme Court upheld that judgment after she argued before it. Earlier, she played a central role advising HealthSouth Corporation as the company defended and pursued claims arising from a massive accounting fraud perpetrated against it by corporate officers. That litigation produced a $2.8 billion verdict against HealthSouth’s former CEO and a $100 million settlement with its former investment bank.
Anne Marie chairs Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. She previously chaired the firm’s Associate Committee and co-chaired its Inclusion & Diversity Committee. Her national bar leadership includes serving as chair of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section in 2023–2024 and as a member-at-large of the ABA Section Officers’ Conference Executive Committee for the 2025–2026 bar year. She has also served as an elected member of the Litigation Section’s Council, a managing director, co-chair of its Membership and Marketing and Regional Meeting committees, liaison to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, and co-chair of the Woman Advocate Committee.
