Hall B. Bryant III

Hall Bryant is a partner in Bradley’s Huntsville office whose corporate practice centers on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities law, corporate finance and general corporate advice. He has handled hundreds of M&A transactions, representing clients on both the buy and sell sides. His experience spans domestic and international deals, private equity transactions, strategic acquisitions and leveraged buyouts.

Hall also serves as outside general counsel to numerous clients, advising on day-to-day corporate, legal and regulatory matters. He assists with the formation and structuring of new entities and joint ventures and negotiates and documents commercial arrangements, including supply, distribution, lease and licensing agreements. His work extends to stock option plans, consulting and employment agreements, and obtaining capital from venture capital firms, angel investors and traditional financing sources.

His clients operate across a range of industries, including government contracting, manufacturing, high technology, telecommunications, software and biotechnology. Hall also works with clients in agribusiness, banking, waste disposal, retail, distribution and financial services.

Hall previously served on Bradley’s Board and Finance Committee and as managing partner of its Huntsville office. He currently serves on the board of directors of an Alabama-based bank.
