Ron C. Bingham II

Ron Bingham’s national bankruptcy and restructuring practice centers on representing secured creditors in efforts to protect collateral positions and maximize recoveries. He handles commercial litigation and Chapter 11 proceedings, including contested matters in bankruptcy courts across the country, and has substantial experience with the confirmation process in Chapter 11 reorganizations. He also advises corporate directors and officers on insolvency issues in transactional and pre-litigation planning.

Ron’s clients include major national banks, agribusiness lenders, private lenders, life insurance companies, private equity firms and financing subsidiaries of Fortune 100 manufacturing companies. At the outset of an engagement, he seeks to understand each client’s objectives and preferences, with attention to its exposure and ways to mitigate risk efficiently. He places particular value on the client relationships he has developed over the past thirty years.
