Overview

Alexis Gregorian is a partner in Bradley’s Government Enforcement & Investigations Practice Group. A former federal prosecutor and trial lawyer, Alexis represents companies and individuals in government investigations, sensitive internal investigations, litigation and significant business and legal matters. She conducts confidential internal investigations, helps clients respond to government inquiries and advises them as they navigate criminal and civil enforcement actions. Her experience spans complex fraud and healthcare matters, drawing on close to a decade as an investigator and prosecutor.

Before joining Bradley, Alexis served as counsel and assistant deputy chief in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, Fraud Section. She personally handled and supervised white-collar investigations and prosecutions, including complex healthcare fraud cases involving Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance fraud. Those matters also involved the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and pharmaceutical drug-related crimes. Her government work included parallel civil investigations under the False Claims Act, and she tried and supervised numerous complex federal jury trials in multiple jurisdictions.

Alexis also has significant experience advising on compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Earlier in her career, she practiced at a large international firm based in New York, representing clients in general commercial litigation with a particular focus on securities litigation. That litigation background, together with her experience conducting investigations and prosecuting cases, informs her work with clients facing government scrutiny and related legal matters.
