Sara Zorich

Sara advises employers on workplace compliance, with a practice spanning day-to-day employment counseling, immigration workplace enforcement, wage and hour matters, and workplace discrimination issues. She helps employers across the United States navigate local, state, and federal mandates.

Her immigration-related work includes Form I-9 audits, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and counseling on workplace enforcement. She also defends employers in governmental immigration-related audits and against discrimination claims involving immigration status.

Sara represents clients in governmental wage and hour audits, single-plaintiff claims, and class action claims nationwide. In those matters, she helps clients assess potential damages and defenses and works toward resolution. She also assists with the due diligence stage of M&A transactions, focusing on immigration, wage and hour, and other employment issues.
