Overview
Bob advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, guiding complex transactions connected to strategic growth and succession planning. His broader practice spans business, franchise and product distribution law, with a particular focus on the automotive industry. He works with large automotive dealer groups, single- and multi-location franchisees, family-owned manufacturing and distribution companies, entrepreneurs and other commercial entities.
Bob’s understanding of business operations began in his family’s automobile business, where he grew up and worked. That experience informs his perspective on the challenges facing family-owned enterprises. He has also worked as a business restructuring consultant, a background he draws on when advising clients through organizational change. Alongside transactions and franchise matters, he counsels businesses on corporate structure and compliance, particularly in the automotive sector.
