Overview
David C. Bosman represents banks and other financial institutions in loans to companies and individuals. His banking and finance practice focuses on structuring, documenting and negotiating middle-market and commercial real estate loans. Working alongside commercial lenders, David brings a systematic approach to transactions shaped by borrowers’ demands and deadlines.
His experience ranges from single-lender, formula-based lines of credit to syndicated transactions involving multiple properties in different states. David’s work encompasses both the details of loan documentation and the organization of transactions involving numerous parties. One client highlighted his ability to keep participants moving while ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
David is a member of Bodman’s Finance Committee, which helps set the strategic direction for the firm’s financial resources. Outside the firm, he serves as president of the Troy Foundation For Educational Excellence, a nonprofit that uses private support to fund learning opportunities for students in the Troy School District.
