Alyssa S. Hogan

Alyssa Hogan advises life sciences and healthcare organizations on the legal and business considerations that shape their partnerships and transactions. Her work in the pharmaceutical, biotech and digital health sectors includes strategic alliances, licensing arrangements and collaborations, including co-commercialization and co-promotion agreements. She also handles joint ventures and M&A transactions involving products, product lines, business divisions and corporate entities.

Her transactional practice extends to manufacturing and supply agreements, clinical trial and research agreements, and distribution frameworks. Alyssa has worked on collaborations involving the private, nonprofit and public health sectors. In advising on these arrangements, she considers clients’ strategic and operational goals, whether commercial or connected to broader health outcomes.

Before concentrating on life sciences corporate work, Alyssa handled regulatory and transactional matters for healthcare providers, including physician and dental groups, hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and specialty, retail and long-term care pharmacies. That earlier work informs her understanding of how healthcare systems function.
