Overview

Henry is Co-Chair of Archer’s Real Estate Group and focuses his transactional practice on commercial and industrial real estate. He represents end-users and developers throughout the life of a project, from acquisition and due diligence through construction, leasing, financing and disposition. His work includes advising clients on the business considerations that accompany their legal decisions.

Leasing is a significant part of Henry’s practice. He negotiates transactions involving industrial, warehouse and logistics properties, as well as offices, shopping centers and other commercial space. He also represents apartment complex owners on acquisitions and development projects and on operational matters involving management and leasing.

Henry acts for both lenders and borrowers in real estate financings, including construction lending and leasehold financing. His experience also extends to joint ventures and equity participation transactions across asset classes. On development projects, he represents owners and contractors in negotiating agreements for architectural services, construction, design-build work and construction management.

Henry’s work further includes negotiating and drafting solar power purchase agreements between building owner clients and their tenants. Across these matters, he addresses both the terms of the transaction at hand and issues clients may be able to anticipate and avoid as their projects proceed.
