Giuseppe Franzella handles commercial litigation and contract disputes in federal and state courts. His work spans the litigation process, from pleadings and discovery through motions, trials and appeals. Before joining Bond, Schoeneck & King, Giuseppe was a partner at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid.
Giuseppe is president of the Eastern District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and treasurer of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He was listed among the Long Island Herald Newspapers Top Lawyers of Long Island for commercial litigation in 2023 and was named a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2013 through 2022.
Giuseppe earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Villanova University. He is admitted in New York and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
