Overview
Buster is a labor and employment attorney who represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice also includes proceedings before the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board, as well as labor-arbitration hearings. He is ranked by Chambers USA, where a client has noted his responsiveness and his ability to explain issues in clear, practical terms.
Alongside his litigation practice, Buster provides day-to-day labor and employment counseling and regularly lectures and conducts training sessions for clients on workplace issues. He also co-chairs Barclay Damon’s Higher Education Practice Area. For higher education institutions, his work includes investigations into student, staff and faculty misconduct, including matters under Title IX.
