Overview
Jeff Odom focuses on complex commercial litigation, with particular experience in mass torts, product liability and toxic torts. He routinely serves as lead outside counsel in large disputes and manages cases nationwide. His product liability work includes matters involving alleged exposure to asbestos, benzene, silica, talc and other chemicals, as well as a range of consumer products.
Jeff works with manufacturers, distributors and sellers on legal challenges at the international, national and local levels. He frequently resolves matters before trial and has tried cases in both federal and state courts when pretrial resolution has not been possible. His litigation experience also includes construction defect disputes. He is co-leader of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
Thomson Reuters has recognized Jeff as a Washington Super Lawyer in Class Action and Mass Torts Defense, and The Best Lawyers in America has recognized him for product liability litigation defense. He is the editor of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Torts and Personal Injury.
