Overview
John Shore is co-managing partner of Amundsen Davis’s Brookfield office. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises companies, business owners, investors, individuals and tax-exempt organizations on corporate and other business law matters. His work spans business formation and corporate governance, start-up and ongoing debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and business succession planning.
John also assists with commercial transactions and contractual arrangements, including joint venture, supply, distribution and employment agreements. In addition to his business practice, he has extensive experience with the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial and residential real estate.
Many of John’s clients work in health care. He represents physicians and dentists, physician and dental groups, and managed care organizations in a field he values for its changing regulatory environment. Across his practice, he takes a pragmatic approach focused on the matter at hand.
