Overview
Brad Cave advises employers on day-to-day legal issues arising from employment relationships, including compliance matters and difficult personnel decisions. He works with family businesses, nonprofit organizations, companies of varying sizes and public entities in healthcare, human services, education, mining, oil and gas, and construction. He also conducts internal investigations for employers.
When employment decisions are challenged, Brad defends employers and managers in court, before state and federal agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. He also leads training for employers, managers and supervisors on investigations, discipline and termination, harassment, discrimination, disability accommodation, leave management and supervisory responsibilities.
Alongside his employment and labor work, Brad advises and represents public- and private-sector hospitals, clinics and medical practices on compliance with federal and state health laws and regulations. He previously led the firm’s employment and labor practice group and served on its Management Committee. He currently serves on the Wyoming State Bar Board of Professional Responsibility.
