Danny Feltham

Danny Feltham chairs Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He advises privately held and publiclyly traded companies on corporate transactions and general corporate matters, including joint ventures and reorganizations. He also serves as outside general counsel to private equity and venture capital funds, portfolio companies, and family-owned businesses. His work spans businesses at different stages of growth, from capital raising to acquisitions and exits.

Mergers and acquisitions are a substantial part of Danny’s practice. He routinely represents investors and founders in material capital-raising transactions, acquisitions and exits, and has experience with banker-led auction processes and pre-IPO private investment transactions. His transactional work also includes private equity and venture capital investments. Danny has participated in transactions in the United States and internationally across the healthcare and healthcare technology, manufacturing and distribution, insurance, media, transportation, software, and food and beverage sectors.

Before joining Bradley, Danny clerked for the Hon. R. David Proctor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he received a certificate in Law and Business and served as senior managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, from Auburn University’s Raymond J. Harbert College of Business.

In 2022, Danny received the M&A Advisor “Emerging Leader” award, which recognizes M&A practitioners under the age of 40 in the United States.

• Represented private equity-backed managing general agent in connection with sale to quasi-governmental entity.
• Represented C&B Piping, a manufacturer and supplier of ductile iron and steel piping systems, in its sale to AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO).
• Represented Manna Beverages & Ventures, an affiliate of Manna Capital Partners specializing in the beverage industry, in its acquisition of Nor-Cal Beverage Company, a large independent co-packer of teas, soft drinks, chilled juices, waters and energy drinks.
• Represented Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE: VMC) in acquisitions and exchanges of asphalt and ready-mix concrete plants, quarries, port operations and other strategic transactions.
• Represented a nationwide provider of pharmaceutical reverse distribution services in its sale to a private equity-backed acquiror. 
• Represented a manufacturer of dental implants in connection with sale to private equity-backed acquiror.
• Represented venture-backed AI consulting firm in connection with merger with strategic acquiror.
• Represented B.R. Williams Trucking, a transportation firm engaged in trucking, logistics, freight brokerage and warehousing, in its sale to Haney and White Enterprises.
