Overview
Giovanni Giarratana represents clients in civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions and compliance matters, alongside complex litigation. His work spans healthcare, government contracting, education, manufacturing and construction. He has represented clients in enforcement actions involving alleged violations of the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, and has conducted internal investigations prompted by whistleblower complaints. His litigation experience includes defending clients in federal civil and criminal jury trials.
Giovanni approaches each matter with attention to the client’s circumstances, business operations and objectives. He works to understand the client’s concerns throughout the legal process so that his defense strategy and advice reflect its priorities.
Beyond his practice, Giovanni has held leadership positions in national, state and local organizations. He also participates in the firm’s pro bono work and serves on its Pro Bono Committee.
