Jeffrey W. Robinson

Jeffrey Robinson is the managing partner of Ballard Spahr’s Anchorage office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including fiduciary business disputes, antitrust matters and government procurement disputes involving bid protests and contract claims. He also handles trust and estate litigation. Jeffrey has tried numerous civil jury cases to verdict and served as counsel in complex, multiparty arbitrations.

Beyond his civil litigation practice, Jeffrey works on white collar criminal defense and employment and regulatory investigations. He has also counseled clients in defamation and First Amendment cases.

Jeffrey is president of the Alaska Bar Association’s Board of Governors, on which he has served for several years. In 2021, the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers gave him its Champion of Liberty Award for pro bono litigation on behalf of incarcerated inmates seeking access to counsel.
