Overview
Kaci L. Peterson advises companies at different stages of growth, from startups and emerging growth companies to late-stage enterprises, as well as private equity funds. Her corporate practice spans entity formation and restructuring, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions and other exit transactions.
Kaci works on both the sell-side and buy-side of M&A transactions. She guides sellers through the exit process and works with private equity funds and their portfolio companies on strategic add-on acquisitions and operational execution. Her transaction experience includes the service sector, particularly HVAC, plumbing and related trades.
Alongside her client practice, Kaci assists businesses and nonprofit organizations on a pro bono basis with formation, state and federal tax-exemption applications, and other general corporate matters.
