Lauren Weisman Stein

Lauren focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placement fundraising and complex commercial contracts. She also advises clients on fundraising and strategic growth goals, investor relations, and sales and contracting strategy.

Lauren has extensive experience serving as outsourced general counsel. Working as an extension of clients’ management teams, she advises on workforce onboarding and maintenance, regulatory compliance and dispute management alongside their commercial and growth priorities. This ongoing role gives Lauren a close understanding of clients’ businesses and informs the counsel she provides over long-term relationships.

• Technology Transactions - Drafted and negotiated $7M software development, hosting, and maintenance agreements.
• General Counsel - Developed and streamlined client sales processes by developing modular contract templates and deploying strategic automation.
