Roger W. Williams

Roger Williams is a partner in Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP’s Real Estate Practice Group in Jackson, Mississippi. His transactional practice centers on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and sales, as well as construction projects and commercial lending. He represents developers throughout the life of a project, from acquiring and financing property through development, leasing and eventual sale. His work spans apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers and build-to-suit retail projects.

Roger also works on the financing side of commercial real estate transactions. He regularly represents borrowers obtaining loans through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD/FHA programs, and frequently represents lenders in commercial real estate matters. In addition, he is a title agent for multiple underwriters and regularly serves in that capacity on commercial real estate transactions.

Roger is listed in Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America. Best Lawyers has named him Jackson’s “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate Law and Commercial Transactions/UCC Law.
